Standard Note
Financing

SCIP will provide up to 70% financing for performing notes. Underlying property types may be residential, including single family business purpose loans; multifamily; or commercial real estate. Currently, loan balance can be up to $2 million.

Opportunistic Note Financing

For opportunistic real estate debt investors, SCIP offers financing up to 70% of note purchase price or unpaid principal balance. Property types and loan amounts are the same as for Standard Note Financing.

Bridge Lending

On a limited basis, SCIP will provide bridge, renovation and construction loans on residential or commercial real estate. We target loans up to approximately 70% of property value. Loan amounts may be up to $4 million. SCIP is aligned with Arixa Capital, and will refer loans to Arixa when that serves the borrower’s interests best.
